23 March 2026

Lexus Motor Insurance is administered by Wrisk Europe GmbH. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to ensure our services are usable by as many people as possible.

Scope of this statement

This accessibility statement applies to the digital car insurance services provided via:

  • Our online insurance quotation journey.
  • Online policy purchase and payment.
  • Customer self-service and account management journeys.

Accessibility standards

We aim to conform to the following standards:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
  • EN 301 549 (European accessibility requirements for ICT).

These standards underpin accessibility obligations arising from:

  • The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), as transposed into Irish law,
  • Ireland’s broader equality and accessibility framework.

Current accessibility status

This user journey is partially compliant with the EN 301 549 standard and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, due to the non-compliances listed below.

We are actively working towards full compliance with the standards listed above.

Following internal ongoing accessibility reviews and testing, we are aware that some parts of our digital service may not yet fully meet all accessibility requirements. These issues are being addressed as part of an ongoing remediation programme, with priority given to core insurance journeys such as quotation, purchase, payment, and access to customer support.

Based on our testing no critical or serious accessibility issues are present however some moderate and minor issues are still being worked through and addressed as part of our ongoing review and remediation.

As of 23/03/2026 our accessibility tests have identified:

0 - Critical Issues

0 - Serious Issues

2 - Moderate Issues

0 - Minor Issues

Severity is based on impact as defined by Deque Systems.

Critical: the user with a disability will be completely prevented from accessing fundamental features or information.

Serious: the experience is highly degraded and partially prevents access.

Moderate: does not prevent access to main content or features.

Minor: Low impact on actual usability.

Known limitations

Some users may experience accessibility barriers in certain areas of the service, for example:

  • Incomplete keyboard navigation in specific interface components.
  • Inconsistent screen-reader support in parts of complex forms or comparison views.
  • Accessibility limitations in some third-party components.

We are actively working to resolve these issues.
